  • Copyright: All designs, images, and content are the exclusive property of 39 Concept. Please do not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

  • Product Information: Actual colors may vary slightly (5-10%) from the images shown due to lighting conditions and screen displays, especially for handcrafted items.

2. SHOPPING GUIDE

Shopping at 39 Concept is completed in a few simple steps:

Step 1:

Select your desired items and click "Add to Cart".

Step 2:

Go to your Cart, verify the quantities, and click "Checkout".

Step 3:

Fill in your accurate shipping information.

Step 4:

Choose a payment method and click "Complete Order".

3. PAYMENT METHODS

We currently offer two primary payment methods:

Bank Transfer

Bank details and a QR code will be displayed at checkout. Please include your Order ID in the transfer description for quick confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the delivery staff in cash or via bank transfer upon receiving your package.

4. INSPECTION & RETURN POLICY

Inspection

You are allowed to co-check the external condition of the package with the courier. Please record an unboxing video (clearly showing the waybill) so we can support you promptly in case of any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Conditions: We offer free exchanges within 07 days of receipt for manufacturing defects or incorrect items/sizes sent. Please retain your unboxing video as proof. Please note that we do not issue refunds; we only support exchanges for equivalent items, different sizes.

  • Item State: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

We currently offer two primary payment methods:

Purpose of Collection: We only collect basic information (Name, Phone number, Address, Email) for the purposes of processing orders, delivery, and customer support.

Confidentiality Commitment: 39 Concept is committed to keeping your personal data strictly confidential. We will not sell, exchange, or share your information with any third parties, except for our shipping partners to deliver your orders.
